Attorney Registration

The Office of Attorney Services administers attorney registration requirements. Active and corporate attorneys must register and pay a registration fee assessed by the Court on or before Sept. 1 of each odd-numbered year. Inactive attorneys are not required to file a certificate of registration but must provide the Court with a current residence or business address and other contact information.

NOTICE

The Office of Attorney Services is currently processing thousands of registration certificates that were filed on or around the Sept. 1, 2019 registration deadline. Accordingly, there may be a delay of several days before an attorney’s registration for the 2019/2021 attorney registration biennium is reflected in our records. If an attorney is listed as “Not Registered,” please contact the Office of Attorney Services at 614.387.9320, option 1, for the most current status of an attorney.
