Attorney Registration

The Office of Attorney Services administers attorney registration requirements. Active and corporate attorneys must register and pay a registration fee assessed by the Court on or before Sept. 1 of each odd-numbered year. Inactive attorneys are not required to file a certificate of registration but must provide the Court with a current residence or business address and other contact information.

NOTICE

Due to the high-volume mailing, Certificates of Registration for the 2019/2021 biennium are scheduled to be mailed over the course of the week of July 8, 2019. To register online, proceed to the Attorney Services Portal. A PDF-fillable 2019/2021 Certificate of Registration will be available beginning July 22, 2019.
